Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payment Poster & Research Specialist in Costa Mesa, California. This role is integral to our team, focusing on processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. The individual will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain precise records of customer credit Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions Regularly conduct payment posting research to identify and correct errors Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate AR reporting and daily balances Maintain daily posting logs and submit to Accounting for reconciliation of daily postings Work with vendors on missing posting files or posting file errors, including unbalanced files Pull payment reports from vendor websites for assistance in posting research and patient account identification Participate in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills Engage in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives Ensure quality assurance and productivity standards are met. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word and Excel Demonstrated experience in Payment Processing and Cash Activity Strong Research skills, with the ability to review and analyze data Experience in Supervising teams and overseeing operations Knowledge of Medical Coverage, Benefit Functions, and Billing processes Familiarity with Reconciliations and Collection Processes Ability to liaise with Vendors and manage relationships Proficiency in utilizing Websites and online tools for research and operations Experience in a Clinical Trial Operations or similar Facility Familiarity with Consumer Electronics industry is a plus Ability to Maintain Logs and Documentation for all activities Demonstrated experience in Process Improvement and Quality Assurance Ability to handle and manage Funds responsibly Strong Reporting skills, with the ability to generate and analyze reports Willingness to undergo Training and upskill as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
