Continuous Improvement Technician

Maintain a consistent presence on the floor to observe operations, support teams, and identify improvement opportunities.Coach frontline teams in applying Lean tools to address process gaps and drive improvementsSupport continuous improvement efforts through follow-up, coaching, and reinforcement of standard work.Lead or support improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving methods.Participate in shift FMDS meetings and reinforce daily management practices.Facilitate root cause problem-solving activities using PDCA, 5 whys, fishbone analysis and other lean tools.Support data collection, trend analysis and KPI reporting to identify operational improvement opportunities.Maintain process documentation and track improvement activity.Use process mapping and flow analysis to identify opportunities to improve forklift movement, material flow, and layout efficiency.Occasional regional travel as needed to support improvement activities.Occasional off-hours and weekend work required to support a 24/7 operation, especially during peak season
