Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift

Supervise daily maintenance activities across aseptic processing and filling areasAssign and prioritize work based on production demand, food safety risk, and equipment criticalityProvide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to maintenance mechanicsEnsure breakdowns and emergency repairs are executed safely and efficientlyParticipate in shift handovers and daily downtime reviewsEnsure all employees are trained and following all company, OSHA safety programs.Ensure all employees are following GMP policies and procedures.Ensure all employees are following all required GFSI, FDA, USDA, Third Party Audit, and company procedures and policies related to food safety.Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.Inspects work for completeness.Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.Keeps time cards and other routine records.Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in Beverage department.Coordinates and inspects major contract work on mechanical and other related systems.
