Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Junior Recruiter based in Diamond Bar, California. The primary role of this position involves facilitating the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting comprehensive interviews and onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will be focusing on a diverse range of roles including drivers, customer service representatives, dispatch personnel, and more.Responsibilities: Develop and post job descriptions on various online platforms to attract potential candidates Efficiently review, screen, and manage incoming job applications, accurately assessing candidates' suitability Conduct pre-screening interviews and other hiring procedures to ensure the candidate meets the position's basic requirements Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions Conduct comprehensive interviews, via telephone, virtual platforms, or in person to evaluate potential candidates for suitability Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates Facilitate onboarding of new employees, providing relevant training and orientation to the company’s processes and policies Continuously research, adapt, and implement modern recruitment methods to attract the most suitable candidates Collaborate with managers and partners to develop comprehensive recruitment plans Ensure that company hiring needs and goals are met, adhering to company policies and maintaining compliance Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruiting or related field Proficient in ADP Financial Services Knowledgeable in Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) Familiarity with online job platforms such as Careerbuilder Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with About Time software Ability to conduct background checks in compliance with legal standards Understanding of benefit functions and related duties Excellent documentation skills Familiarity with hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
