Conduct CCTV review of stores, documenting observations on Smartsheet based log
Maintain log throughout the week, ensuring all observations are accurate and
Send reporting based on weekly findings
Conduct CCTV review of 25 Stores on a weekly basis, culminating in a weekly report
Save video of observations to folders
Draft two versions of a report for dissemination to two specific groups
Draft email in approved structure outlining observations
Conduct CCTV review of Stores that are part of the metering program
Fill out form with accurate assessments of observations
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Overnight Loss Prevention Project Analyst:
BA degree required, preferably in Communications or Business
Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in and knowledge of computer software including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet (preferred)
Possess strong oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact professionally and effectively present information to all levels within the team and organization
Enthusiastic, positive, creative, self-motivated, open to feedback
Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems
Dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond
Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects
