Description Job Title: Benefits AdministratorLocation: El Segundo, CASalary: $25-30 per hourType: Contract to HireRobert Half, one of the leading recruitment firms in the industry, is partnering with a dynamic media company to fill a Benefits Administrator position. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of the benefits department, facilitate onboarding for new employees, and manage open enrollment and LOA administration.We are looking for a motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration.Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the benefits department.
Conduct onboarding for new hires and manage their benefit plans.
Administer open enrollment processes for employees.
Manage leave of absence (LOA) administration.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of proven experience in benefits administration.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
