Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager, Common Products Payload & Platform Units with Antenna Product Focused, to support the Boeing Satellite Systems team located in El Segundo, California .Reporting to a Common Products Senior Manager, this role will manage employees who are performing Antenna Products project management across multiple Payload product disciplines. In this role, you will be responsible overall leadership and staffing of programs with Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs). You will ensure assigned individuals are executing identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. You will also review and approve quarterly project Estimate at Complete (EACs) for Program IPTLs, and support new business proposals.Position Responsibilities:Project management leadership for factory execution and delivery of Government and Commercial Spacecraft Platform Common Products hardware

Facilitates the resolution of program issues

Functional activities include management of employee performance and development, staffing, technical leadership and guidance, and independent technical review execution and support

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in El Segundo, California .This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with Satellite integration and test.

Experience working with Supply Chain Management

Experience with budget, development of quarterly EAC, program health metrics, earned value, and management of program critical path

Experience working with space flight Platform/Payload hardware
