SummaryIn this role you will work on complex opportunities and help the executive team to

strategize, organize, prioritize and execute their strategic agenda. The selected candidate for this role must be able to handle the following duties and responsibilities for the company:
  • Minimum 10 years Technology experience to include 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • Collaborate with leadership team on strategies, goals, and processes to ensure requirements, priorities and projects are properly aligned with business, operations, product, and technology.
  • Developing and driving a clear and executable technology strategy.
  • Design and develop our client’s core product from concept to production
  • Manage the in-house engineering team and contracted development partners to deliver platform for our customers
  • Make architecture decisions to ensure a strong, stable, and scalable product
  • Build out and execute on an engineering hiring plan
  • Partner with CEO to define, prioritize and realize product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Drive performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development team
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Lead all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, strategic planning, design/architecture, execution, deployment, and maintenance
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes, ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

Requirements for the Role:
  • 7+ years of strategy and business operations experience in software
  • A strong product sense with a desire to build engaging technology for our client’s Nurse Practitioners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to share/collaborate with peers
  • Passion for Healthcare and our client’s mission driven culture
  • Significant experience in software architecture and personally building digital products from early stage through to scaling
  • Managed, mentored, and inspired a small team of engineers providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and being hands on with code.
  • Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices and technology
  • Have a proven understanding of best engineering practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code review, source control, build, test, deploy, and operations
  • An effective leader and team-player who knows how to hire and manage the right talent to scale the Engineering team
