A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market dataJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dependable Night Foreman to oversee the nightly cleaning and maintenance operations at our Class A commercial building. The Night Lead will be responsible for managing a team of janitorial staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, and that the building is ready for daily operations. This role involves hands-on work as well as supervisory duties, ensuring that all areas of the building are clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the night.Key Responsibilities:Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the night shift cleaning crew, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to company standards.Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee and participate in nightly cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and other janitorial tasks as required.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure that the building meets cleanliness and maintenance standards. Address any issues immediately and report recurring problems to the building manager.Safety Compliance: Ensure that all cleaning procedures comply with safety regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment. Provide safety training to staff as needed.Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in good working condition. Place orders for supplies when necessary.Problem Solving: Respond to and resolve any emergencies or issues that arise during the night, such as spills, equipment malfunctions, or security concerns.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of nightly activities, including staff attendance, completed tasks, and any incidents or maintenance issues that require follow-up.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
