Mercy Folsom received Among America’s 250 Best Hospitals recognition and is a Primary Stroke Center.ResponsibilitiesMercy Hospital of Folsom is a certified stroke and chest pain Center with a 25-bed Emergency Room. The long term staff of the ED prides itself on teamwork and trust.The Registered Nurse provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. QualificationsMinimum
Minimum of 1 year emergency nursing experience as an RN
Candidates must have a current California RN License
PALS, ACLS, and BLS from the American Heart Association
Other certifications may be required
