- Accountability for portfolio governance and process efficiency
- Overall portfolio oversight and “VOICE OF BUSINESS” in partnership with Portfolio Managers across RTB (P3 and CIP) and PPL projects
- Facilitate establishing annual AOP project prioritization
- Facilitate initial, preliminary, and final gate assessment processes for BPM level projects, including any exceptions to the process
- Facilitation of project retrospectives
- Manage aspects of demand evaluation and prioritization (preliminary and final assessments) and supporting processes
- Review, analyze and track demand over time based on type, source, priority etc., Analyze and report changes, exceptions for review and approvals in partnership with IT Portfolio Manager
- Partner with Portfolio Managers to understand resource capacity, allocations and availability by BSA and other roles. Partner with Resource Managers to drive business capacity analytics
- Provide visibility of entire demand, KPIs and Metrics, and consolidated reporting
- Establish Standardized Processes across BUIT for demand capture and management
- Establish Consistent Estimation and Prioritization Processes
- Capture Demand Data and Standardize KPIs to enable reporting across BUIT
