Human Resources Specialists perform a wide variety of highly responsible, complex, technical, and confidential administrative duties in the areas of recruitment, workers' compensation, benefits administration, leaves of absence, classification and compensation, training and development, and employee relations. The successful candidate will be adept at analyzing and interpreting laws and policies, possess strong communication skills, and be able to quickly adapt to changing or competing priorities while providing excellent customer service.
