We are seeking an experienced Foreman with comprehensive knowledge of ALL aspects of construction- commercial and residential. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, the ability to read and interpret construction documents, and a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Supervise and lead construction crews on-site.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
Coordinate tasks, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines.
Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
Uphold company values of accountability and integrity in all operations.
This position is Monday- Thursday with the probably of overtime. Typical work day is 10 hours. Valid DL with a clean driving record a must.
