In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

This is a Full-Time Permanent Direct Hire position with excellent pay and benefits.

-Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of product programs from inception to completion.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure program success.

-Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

-Develop and manage program budgets and resource allocation.

-Monitor and report on program progress to stakeholders, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions.

-Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product management and program development.
