Job Title: Project Manager - Estimating and Construction

Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in estimating, planning, and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee project activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent estimating skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or similar project management certification.
