Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
As a Recruiter with Exact Staff, your days will be dynamic, fast-paced, and filled with opportunities to connect with people and change lives:
Create Eye-Catching Job Ads – Use your creativity to write and post engaging job listings on major job boards and social platforms.
Call & Connect with Candidates – Be the voice that candidates hear first. Share exciting opportunities and learn about their goals.
Screen for Success – Conduct phone interviews and identify the right candidates for open roles.
Own the Phone Lines – Handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism, warmth, and energy.
Deliver Outstanding Service – Be the go-to person for candidates and clients, answering questions and providing guidance.
Attend Local Job Fairs – Represent Exact Staff and help us find the best talent in the Central Valley!

What We’re Looking For:
A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people
Comfortable handling a fast-paced, high-call environment
Enthusiastic about providing excellent service
Familiar with social media and online job boards
Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
Eager to learn and grow in the staffing and HR field
Experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus — but not required!
Bilingual is a plus!
