Seeking a responsible individual to assist with monitoring community facilities and common areas in a mobile home park settings on the weekend.
Days: Saturday and Sunday only.
Hours:10 AM to 6 PM with a 30 min meal break before the 5th hour.
No Overtime, No benefits.
This position would be perfect for a retired security guard looking for part-time weekend work but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Duties to include but not limited to the following:
1. Monitor the social hall events in the main clubhouse.
2. Supervise activity in both swimming pools and spas.
3. Enforce community rules to ensure safety and compliance.
4. Report events to management, security, or the police department, depending on the issue.
5. May do light janitorial duties when needed.
Ideal candidate will be mature, reliable, observant, and comfortable engaging with residents in a respectful professional manner.
