Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a successful distributor located in Fullerton is looking for anInventory Analyst.The Inventory Analyst's responsibilities include :Reviewing weekly orders shipping from Storage PartnerDetermining inventory levels and needs for adjustmentsReviewing code dates and making sure inventory is being rotated properlyCommunicating changes to warehouse staff and sales personalNegotiating competitive ratesMonitoring loads during transit to ensure on time deliveryPreparing weekly sales and purchase reportsReviewing, tracking and issuing purchase orders for non-Inventory expensesPreparing invoicesReviewing AR weekly and contacting customers for paymentBalancing inventory weekly and at month endReviewing inventory levels at storage facility and reconciling to systemResolving discrepanciesPreparing sales pricing analysis for all customersMaintaining / updating pricing files in mainframe system for all vendors andcustomersSound experience in billing and invoicingIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsStrong attention to details and a problem solving attitudeAbility to multi task and meet deadlines
