Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish

- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success

- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals

- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices

- Proficiency in contract management and administration

- Experience with Bluebeam or similar software for document management

- Ability to design electrical systems based on project requirements

- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Familiarity with construction management principles and techniques

- Knowledge of industry standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code)

- Proficiency in construction estimating using software

- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
