Landscape/Ranch helper PERMANENT Part-time

I am on 7 1/2 acres that is high maintenance. I need a regular EXPERIENCED RELIABLE helper to run the blower, chainsaw, mow, weedeat, repair fence/deck, blow/rake leaves, plant plants, prune the orchard, rototill, spray round-up, pvc repair, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc as needed. I have all the tools. This is a part-time PERMANENT position of approximately 10-18 hours per week on-going throughout the year. 2 to 6 hours per day, 2 to 3 days a week. My current guy has been working 4-7 M/W and 8 to 1,2,or 3 on Saturdays while holding a full-time job. Some combination of M, W, Fr, Sat. I am very flexible although one day has to be in the afternoon for the dew to dry in order to mow. I have lots of delayed maintenance. The more skills you have, I will probably find projects for. Paid daily $20 per hour to start depending upon qualifications. Please no drug or alcohol addiction or smoking it's a deal breaker. Must be able to take direction from a woman. Gas is money, so you should live within the range of Citrus Heights to Meadow Vista, Lincoln to Cool. That is a maximum 20 minute commute radius. Any place further is not worth it.
