The Placer County Sheriff's Office has one Administrative Assistant vacancy. This position provides direct administrative and secretarial support to a Sheriff's Captain at the South Placer Jail. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, be efficient at time management, schedule, organize, communicate effectively, take notes, and demonstrate a willingness to continue learning. A self-driven, strong communicator with the ability to manage competing priorities and utilize Microsoft Excel at an expert level are essential skills.
The County will pay a differential of five percent (5%) of base salary to employees in this classification who are routinely and consistently assigned to work within a jail facility.
