Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time, starting now

Pay: Base pay of $18/hr during a 30 day training period, guaranteed increase to $20/hr with continued opportunity to grow with the company. Starting experience may be considered.

We are a small, family-run homeschool printing company dedicated to helping homeschooling families thrive by offering high-quality, printed curriculum materials. Our mission is to ease the burden of homeschooling by providing exceptional service to home educators and homeschool digital publishers. We are seeking an innovative, growth-minded individual passionate about homeschooling and small business to join our team.

Position Summary:

As the Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in our growing business, focusing on production management, inventory control, invoicing, website maintenance, and marketing assistance. You’ll ensure that all operations run smoothly while upholding our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Print, bind, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and attention to detail.

Conduct quality control checks to maintain our high standards.

Manage and restock inventory, ensuring materials are always available.

Administrative Support:

Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and record-keeping.

Provide assistance with customer inquiries and communications.

Website Maintenance & Marketing:

Update and maintain the company website (Squarespace experience is a bonus).

Assist with social media content creation, email campaigns, and marketing strategies to expand our reach and grow our brand.

Graphic design skills or a willingness to learn are highly valued.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Passion for homeschooling and supporting families in their educational journeys.

A self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Tech-savvy, with experience using website platforms (Squarespace preferred) and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, MailChimp).

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic, home-based business environment. Must be okay with children and animals.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with homeschooling

Previous experience in printing, production, or e-commerce.

Graphic design or digital marketing skills.
