We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk and Reception Supervisor to oversee our restaurant’s Front Desk operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic working environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and supervise front desk to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Handle phone calls, take dining reservations, and manage the flow of guests.
- Assist in coordinating the seating arrangement during peak hours to maximize dining room efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Provide training and support to front desk staff, enhancing their skills in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu and services to effectively answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a front desk supervisor or similar role in dine-in restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in managing reservations and taking orders both in-person and over the phone.
- A customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt and respond to various situations.
We Offer:
- Hourly Wage based upon experience. Starting wage range from $17.00 to $18.00/hr with wage adjustment after 3 month probation.
