Customer Service Representative

Description Our client, a property management company, is looking for a Jr Administrative Assistant to work at one of their residential properties located in Hollywood. This job requires you to be the first point of contact with incoming guests and you will work to solve tenant issues for a building that has 190 units. You will also be responsible for completing special administrative projects. Robert Half is looking for an organized candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills. The schedule is Friday-Tuesday from 9am-6pm. This is a 2-3 month contract position with potential to go permanent for the right individual. Pay is up to $21/hr DOE.Requirements Proficiency in customer service with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction. Experience in residential real estate and property management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle any customer issues effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in the use of relevant computer software and applications. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Willingness to continually improve and update knowledge and skills. Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays if required. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
