Northcoast Children's Services is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in our downtown Eureka office.
Under the supervision of the Fiscal Director, the Accounting Specialist performs a variety of specialized tasks involving the preparation and processing of on-going accounts payable. This is a non-exempt position, Monday -Friday 8 hour daily schedule.
Accounts Payable
Assist with bi-weekly payroll
Track receipts for childcare programs, credit cards, inventory purchases
Track purchase orders
Post and balance site accounts
Process year end 1099's
This is a full-time position with benefits available. NCS offers health, vision, dental, 403B, vacation, sick, and personal time.
