Samara Restoration is a Humboldt County based nursery and landscape contracting business that focuses on ecological restoration and CA native plant horticulture. We are seeking a hard-working and passionate individual to apply for the Assistant Nursery Manager position based at our McKinleyville facility. This full-time position will work in the nursery production team as well as in office assisting with sales, scheduling, contract management, etc.
Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working in the horticulture trade especially with CA native plants, proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word, QuickBooks, nursery management, ecological restoration/farming/gardening, and CA native plant identification preferred. Bachelor’s degree in botany, horticulture, or similar natural sciences.
