We are looking for people who want to take an active part in growing the firm for the future while broadening their professional skillset along the way.

B.S. in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field from an ABET accredited program is required. We are seeking candidates with 2-10+ years of experience with site development, public works infrastructure, and/or low-rise structural design. EIT required/PE desired at time of hire. We are a jack-of-all-trades firm and are looking for people who enjoy working on a wide variety of projects and work closely with their clients. There is room to grow with us and the region. Ownership opportunities with the only full service civil/surveying firm in the County exist for the right individual demonstrating a successful track record with projects and clients.

Founded in 1992, Stover Engineering is an established award-winning general civil engineering consulting firm with an emphasis on public works design, structures, land development, and land surveying. We provide consulting/design services to public agencies and private clients in California and Oregon. The small size and general nature of the firm, along with fun and varied projects, provides accelerated professional opportunities for our staff not available elsewhere.

We are located in the heart of Redwood National and State Parks as well as the Smith River National Recreation Area. Summer and winter outdoor adventure opportunities are close-by and endless. Our locale on the northern California coast near the Oregon border makes for a great quality of life with a relatively low cost of living.

We offer a competitive wage and benefits package for the region, which includes health insurance, holidays, vacation/sick leave, 401(k) match and profit sharing, performance bonuses, and paid continuing education.
