We are looking for DENTAL RECEPTIONIST ( hiring Immediately) – Preferably with Dental Office Experience, however if no dental experience training will be provided.
Must be friendly, have GREAT COMMUNICATION skills and DETAIL ORIENTED.
Must be able to multi-task in a quality, fast-paced, high-tech dental office.
PAY COMMENSURATE WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE. BENEFITS AND 401-K.
Dental Receptionist/Patient Coordinator needed for immediate placement.
Must be proficient with Computers- strong typing skills; Microsoft Word and Excel; internet savvy;
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
Duties include scheduling, treatment planning, insurance verifications, and other administrative duties that keep the front office flowing. Phones can be heavy, and we have 55 to 85 patient appointments daily.
Timings: Monday to Thursday: 8.00AM to 5.00PM with One Hour Lunch.
Approx 32 hours per week.
Pay TBD: Starting at $20.00/hour
including :
-$300/month for optional Health care plan ( spouse/additions can be added) at the expanse to the employee
-401K match 3%,
-Holiday pay ( 7 major holidays)
- 3 days CA sick pay
- dental coverage for self
- after 1 year of service, vacation time starts accruing.
