Seeking to hire one full-time & one part-time direct support care provider for in-home and out-of-home support services for an adult male with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Interested persons "must have" previous experience providing direct support services. Examples of Services to be provided include: Assistance with daily living activities such as, showering, grooming, dental hygiene, some assistance dressing, meal preparation and clean up, medication administration, assistance maintaining a healthy and clean living environment; Assist with Community access via walking and/or driving to park, to beach, local market, store(s), adult day care, doctor/dentist appointments etc.
"All" interested persons must provide a resume which includes verification of previous employment experience and references, must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation is essential; applicants will be required to complete a DDS criminal record statement and be able to pass a background check.
Hourly Pay: Starting rate, $24.00 - $26.00, DOE!
Benefits included: {After 90 days employment} 1) Sick Pay leave may be taken (Five days total annually); 2) Potentially, Optional 401-k offered, 3-4% employer match . {After 180 days employment} 1) Vacation Pay provided, one week's time-off with 40 hrs pay.
