OUR PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Dell’Arte is a home for socially engaged, cutting edge physical theatre training and a performance laboratory for alumni and collaborators.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Dell’Arte is seeking a highly effective, imaginative, and resourceful development professional to identify and open up new sources of funding. In this position, the Head of Fundraising and Donor Relations will tell the emergent story of Dell’Arte through connecting and engaging with our local and global community.

While an appreciation of the value of the performing arts to the world at large is essential, in-depth knowledge of the theatrical world is not needed—we’re looking for new ideas that can capitalize on the non-obvious. Dell’Arte has alumni all over the world, so there are no geographic limitations to where funding sources might be found.

The Head of Fundraising and Donor Relations will start as a two month full time engagement with the possibility of extending depending on results. Along with all other staff and board members, the Head of Fundraising and Donor Relations is responsible for advancing the Purpose, Vision, and Values of Dell’Arte. We are committed to racial equity and inclusive practices at every level of the organization.
