Dispatch requests for services to a large fleet of tow truck drivers. Positive personality to assist customers via phone and in person. Use industry software to monitor, data entry, audit, and reconcile. Follow internal procedures and contract guidelines. Works well with others in this team player environment. Coordinates with other site dispatchers and managers. Self-motivated. Must be eager to learn and adapt reference materials. Must have telephone experience, knowledge and use computer, efficient keyboarding, calculator, and MS Word/Excel. Must have organizational skills. Knowledge of automobiles is helpful. We will train you on industry specifics. Must pass random drug testing and background checks. We are a growing family owned towing company, since 1999.
