We are looking for a motivated technician to join our team. Candidate must have automotive or diesel repair related experience. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team and must be able to troubleshoot and repair problems quickly and efficiently. We are ideally looking for a trained heavy truck technician with experience running a service truck and performing field repairs. Willing to train the right candidate. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Drive service truck to customer to perform maintenance and repairs
Trailer repair to include lights, air brakes, wheel ends and liftgates
Diagnose and repair class 4-8 truck, air brakes, wheel ends, starting and charging systems
Perform computer diagnostics on Diesel Engines, Aftertreatment and Transmission systems
Repair and service heavy equipment, hydraulics
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, BIT / DOT inspections.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Communicate effectively with customers and other employees
Other duties as assigned
