Position Overview

We are seeking professional, safety-focused Bus Drivers to operate our Klamath Falls routes. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy regional driving, working with the public, and being a key part of a reliable transportation network.

As a Pacific Crest driver, you are more than just an operator — you are the face of our company and a critical part of every passenger’s experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers on assigned routes throughout Klamath Falls, Medford and Bend

Operate buses in a professional, courteous, and safety-first manner

Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Communicate clearly with passengers regarding schedules, stops, and safety procedures

Assist passengers with boarding and luggage as needed

Maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable vehicle

Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

Comply with all DOT, state, and company safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and Air Brake endorsements

Clean driving record with a strong safety history

Minimum 2 years of bus, coach, or similar commercial driving experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or GED

Physically able to perform vehicle inspections and handle passenger luggage
