Experiential Coordinator

The OpportunityAs an Experiential Production Coordinator, you will support all aspects of activation production/logistics. This position will support the Executive Director, Producer and external Production Teams in ensuring client objectives are maintained throughout the production process and execution. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.What a day in the life will look like: ● Support the planning and execution of vendor logistics and production● Manage vendor relationships.● Source materials and locations and obtain permits.● Pre-event production, onsite day-of and post-event break down.● Ensure timely and regular program updates to the internal team and client.● Draft activation and recap decks. Administrative support: · Help meet deadlines, track projects, and budgets.· Assist with set-up and administrative duties.· Conduct vendor sourcing and selection.
