Medical Assistant for Chronic Care Management

Experienced medical assistant needed to run our Chronic Care Management program. Duties include answering phone calls and emails, insurance authorizations, medication authorizations. Must be proficient in electronic health records (eClinicalworks is a plus). We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic, impeccable phone etiquette and high standards of professionalism.
