We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our day-to-day dealership operations in Calexico. The ideal candidate will manage office paperwork, assist the sales team, and coordinate communication between our Calexico location and headquarters. This role is essential for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting our growing business.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily paperwork, filing, and general office administration
Assist the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives with reports, customer files, and documentation
Communicate with headquarters for operational and administrative matters
Deliver cars or paperwork between the dealer lot and reconditioning facilities as needed
Prepare and file DMV paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain office supplies and handle small local purchases
Pick up marketing materials and assist with local promotional activities
Greet and assist customers, schedule appointments, and ensure professional customer service
Help organize and track inventory, sales records, and other dealership data
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or dealership experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable using computers and office software (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
