Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for an Accountant at Changing Lives Staffing Inc., located in Ontario and Chino, CA. The accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining and balancing an accounting system through quickbooks, preparing journal entries, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The accountant will also be responsible for creating and maintaining profit and loss statements, and providing financial reports to the Managing Director and owners. Degree will outweigh experience. If no experience ok, as longest you have a BA in accounting.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft and Excel.
Experience preparing financial statements and journal entries
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
