Tax Preparation (Hesperia)
Employment type: Full time or Tax Season
Tax Preparation: CPA, Enrolled Agent, CTEC and bookkeeping experience.
Must have a current license and an IRS PTIN to prepare income tax returns.

If you have worked for any of the large franchises or have hourly tax preparation experience, we want to offer you to apply for a much higher paid tax preparer position with us.
A full time preparer will make up to $50,000 to $70,000/yr.
Tax Professional duties include:
Conducting face-to-face tax interviews with clients
Preparing complete and accurate tax returns
Generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services
Providing IRS audit support
Mentoring and supporting teammates and great communication skills and ability to work closely with clients.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, CTEC working to obtain an E.A.
Experience completing complex returns (Individual, Trust, Partnership and Corporations)
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, tax planning and audit support
Sales and/or marketing experience working in a fast-paced environment.
