About Us:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a part-time basis to assist with product fulfillment, inventory management, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Fulfillment: Manage the fulfillment of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Inventory Management: Track, monitor, and reconcile inventory at the end of each month to maintain accurate stock levels.

Order Processing: Coordinate with customers and the sales team to process orders efficiently, including preparing necessary paperwork.

Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of inventory and product transactions, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to finalize orders and ensure their needs are met.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and order processing to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fulfillment, inventory management, or similar roles.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and general office software.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to move boxes and inventory physically.

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible hours with occasional on-site customer meetings.
