We are a National Matchmaking Company and we're looking to hire some fabulous, customer service-based people to add to our amazing team. This is a remote (work from home) position and is mostly Monday through Friday, but relatively flexible schedule-wise. No matchmaking experience required.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a flexible schedule and be available Monday through Friday, during "normal" business hours
Love talking with people and getting to know them
Have a strong customer service background, ideally with difficult leads, customers or clients
Not be afraid of customer service, instead striving to help people
Enjoy making calls and being on the phone for hours each day
Be super organized and self-sufficient
Have a quiet workspace with reliable internet and phone service
Be tech-savvy with consistent access to a smart phone, computer, and Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 (or be willing to get it)
Be extremely professional, well-written and well-spoken
Be a fast learner and catch on quickly
Be reliable and responsive; and a good communicator
