We enable merchants to accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Check Guarantee, Loyalty Cards, Gift Cards etc
Our company is rapidly growing nationwide and expanding. We are actively looking for a qualified individual with a minimum of 1 year retention/customer service experience.
POSITION
These duties include, but shall not be limited to:
M-F, 40 hour in-house work week (no remote)
Retention (all merchant accounts)
Customer Service (customer / employee engagement)
Problem Solving (recognizing customer concerns)
Strategy Development
Phones
Usage of basic office equipment (fax, copy, scan, email etc. )
Answering incoming calls
Making outbound calls
Supporting in-house/outside sales agents
Miscellaneous tasks and/or duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years retention/customer service experience
Strong vocabulary/communication skills (bi-lingual a plus).
Minimum 35 wpm
Knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Word
Must be a team
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
