General Contractor seeking an Estimator with Commercial Construction experience preferred. We are a General Contractor construction company targeting Commercial Projects for both State & Federal markets. Base office is located in Hesperia, CA.
Applicant should have the following qualifications:
1. Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings.
2. Deliver accurate quantity Take-offs.
3. Must be able to read & write scopes of work.
4. Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
5. Experience with - Microsoft Office, Bluebeam. Experience with 4 Clicks / RS Means software would be a plus.
6. Excellent communication skills, dealing with subcontractors, vendors, and engineers.
7. Able to multi-task, bid multiple projects.
8. Detail oriented.
9. Able to prioritize and understand the importance of deadlines.
