Your Job:
Our Delivery Drivers play one of the most important roles in our company. The Delivery
Ambassador is sometimes the first and sometime only the employee of Edible that a recipient
ever sees. As a face of Edible Arrangements, the driver is responsible for providing the highest
level of excellent customer service while delivering orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately delivers Edible Arrangements products to customers in efficient, courteous
and timely manner
- Gathers and organizes delivery tickets by area
- Logs tickets in the GO APP (If not working, use computer)
- Double check each delivery to ensure all contents (ex. Balloons, teddy bears etc.) are
being accounted for prior to loading the vehicle
- Loads products safely in the vehicle
- Assists with fruit production tasks and other duties as needed
- Maintain clean, Smoke/Odor free and safe vehicle
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Follow through with each task and take ownership of the quality and completion of the
task
- Fill out Delivery logs daily and accurately
- Work as a team player. This means you show up to all scheduled shifts promptly and
ready to work
- Willingness to work multiple locations to fulfill scheduling needs of the company
- Clean entire store including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting the
store
- Learn, assist, and perform all kitchen tasks including but not limited to cutting, prepping,
dipping, food production and arranging
- Must always be eager to learn new tasks and take on more responsibilities
- Practice safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Must uphold Edible Arrangements Brand standards
- Complete all deliveries for same day
- Must be in proper Edible approved attire while on the clock
