We are seeking a dedicated and skilled experienced COMMERCIAL Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools and related equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. As a Pool Technician, you will ensure that pools are safe, clean, and functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools.

Servicing a route of several commercial swimming pools 6 days a week during the summer and 4-5 days during the winter.

Monday - Saturday work week during summer. 4-5 days per week during winter.

Conditions may require working in difficult outdoor weather, maneuvering in limited space and multi-tasking

Drive a vehicle

Must have clean DMV record.

Use power tools and hand tools for pool cleaning and equipment repair.

Conduct inspections of pool equipment to identify any necessary repairs or replacements.

Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Self-starter who can work alone without the need for constant management. If you need to be micromanaged, please don't apply

Technical knowledge of pool equipment (pumps, filters, etc.)

Skills

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to pool maintenance.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.

Experience in pool cleaning techniques and procedures.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients

Plenty of options to make extra by doing repairs / installing heaters, pumps etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180 per day
