Jerry’s Haul Service – Part-Time Property Care Laborer (W-2 Position)
Jerry’s Haul Service (JHS) is hiring reliable laborers for junk removal, light demolition, property cleanups, restroom cleaning, and janitorial-style maintenance.
This is a W-2 employee position with flexible part-time hours (5–30 hrs/week).
Pay: $18–$20/hr DOE
Location: Inland Empire (work sites vary)
Responsibilities:
Junk removal, hauling, loading, and disposal
Light demolition (cabinets, drywall, fixtures, shelving)
Restroom and janitorial cleaning (toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters)
Sweeping, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, cobweb removal
Warehouse, office, and property cleanouts
Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Following safety procedures and proper tool use
Showing up on time and communicating clearly
Requirements:
Able to lift 50–75 lbs safely
Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Experience in junk removal, construction, or cleaning is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (W-2)
