REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree are required, with current membership to the State Bar of California. Excellent written and interpersonal communication are a must. Experience in workers’ compensation defense is preferred, however, we are willing to train an exceptional candidate. Experience with Microsoft Office programs is required with a willingness and ability to learn specialized case management programs. Must adhere to client requirements and reporting.

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION

We are seeking an Associate Attorney whose character can be described as ethical, professional, and disciplined. Position tasks include but are not limited to record review, preparing cases for trial, conducting discovery, developing litigation strategies, gathering medical evidence and medical records, handling court appearances, conducting depositions, and composing motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Thorough communication with involved parties is a key element of this position. Travel in all areas of Southern California may be frequent, while occasional travel to Central and Northern California may be required (but rare).
