Sales For Security Guard Services

17 to 22 per hour (based on experience) +

Commission

Part time potential to be full-time

Sales responsibilities and duties:

Cold calling; repeatedly phoning potential customers on the phone.

looking up possible customers using online directories, web searches, or other digital sources.

Qualifying leads from trade shows, conferences, referrals, and digital marketing, etc.

Building and maintaining a database or list of potential clients.

Information delivery and presentation to prospective customers.

Responding to follow-up questions from potential clients.

Collaborating with the sales team to close the sale.

Tracking performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and maintaining databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) with data on potential clients.

Qualifications & Requirements for Sales:

Ability to drive around the neighborhood to perform job-related tasks, drop flyers off at strategic spots, and gather pertinent data for leads.

Confident making cold calls and chatting up strangers all day.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capability to connect and communicate with potential clients over the phone.

Possesses a persuasive and goal-oriented personality as well as an upbeat, sociable exterior.

Desires to grow the business by adding more customers, clients, and regions.

Self-driven and self-motivated.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.

Deep understanding of the company's services. Tenacity to manage rejection and go on to the next possible client with a positive outlook.

Ability to function both alone and as a productive team member.

Fulfill contract documentation in a timely manner with accuracy.

What we are looking for: A High School diploma or GED, or comparable work experience. Previous sales experience is essential; two years of sales experience is desirable.

Excellent computer abilities, including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
