Pre-Licensed Counselor/Social Worker for Short-Term Residential Treatment Program in Southern California. Responsible for assessment and treatment of approximately six to eight adolescent-aged youth. Beginning salary, depending on experience and educational qualifications, ranging from $72,000-$85,000. Excellent benefits including: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401 plan, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Minimum qualifications: BBS registration (ASW, AMFT, etc.), 1-2 years of clinical experience, and master’s degree in social work or marriage and family counseling, or psychology. Preference for those with experience with county Medi-Cal programs and/or bilingual (Spanish/English).
