Fast growing machine shop is looking for a full time clerical assistant to assist the machine shop personnel with the daily task ranging from:
-entering and processing sales orders
-following up with customers/vendors via email and phone
-issuing po's to vendors
-counting, labeling and packaging parts getting ready for shipment
-staging finished product/parts around the shop floor
-prior knowledge of Job Boss is a PLUS
-fast pace environment
-must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time with little to no supervision
-must be able to carry and move machined parts throughout the shop
