Customer service position available for medical supply & manufacturing company. Are you the kind of person who thrives in the face of adversity? We are seeking a high-stress situation specialist who can navigate complex and demanding scenarios with calm, precision, and strategic thinking.
Hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Monday - Friday. We are located across from the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District in Lake Elsinore.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Answering Phone Calls,
Entering Sales Orders
General Office Duties
Compose e-mail,
You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as receiving, put-away, inventory , picking, packing, shipping.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Ability to type minimum 35 WPM
Quickbooks Experience Helpful
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mitigate high-stress situations effectively and efficiently.
Remain composed and resourceful under pressure.
Implement crisis management protocols to ensure swift resolution of issues.
Collaborate with teams to coordinate responses and actions.
Analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions to guide outcomes.
Communicate clearly and confidently with owners
